Buried Review

This film touched greatly on being afraid of being in small, tight spaces or just plain being buried alive. Given it's limited camera work and special effects, the film had class. Ryan Reynalds seemed to go through the motions of the film nicely. I was convinced in his role. The only thing I could say I didn't like is that the camera would zoom out and up and up and up. You know that he's in a coffin yet the camera hints otherwise. Other than that, it was a unique film because it gave me what I personally was looking for in a film and that is twists. I would recommend this movie to anyone who has an attention span greater than 50 minutes and can take a little darkness.
I give it 3 and a half stars out of 5.

Devil Review

Devil from the preview seemed to be another phonebooth type of movie where it took place in one spot and didn't deviate making it a boring film. "Devil" didn't have those symptoms. It was an enthrawling movie. It kept me guessing up until the end. I really think the casting was excellant and the plot was thick. I actually liked it alot. I feel that it has a good message to send to those who care of where they go after they die and even those of you that want to lead a good life. I recommend this movie if you like to see people in their most vulnerable. It's a great movie, go see it.I give this movie
4 out of 5 stars.

Machete Review

Action packed movie. You get to see Jessica Alba naked and Michelle Rodriguez was also very hot in this bloody film. This, like the Expendables, was very gory. That doesn't mean I didn't like it. This took away the lack of story line. This movie had a few holes in it but not enough that it made it an unwatchable film. The casting was great and the premice was nice."Immigration" haha, Steven Segal played a Mexican.WHAT!?
He played it great though. I enjoyed this movie. All in all, a decent flick if you like action, gore, and senseless violence.
3 and a half out of 5 stars.

Vampire's Suck Review

A funny movie for those of us who actually saw the Twilight movie series. There were a lot of references to all three movies and also a little glimpse at True Blood. It wasn't only a satyr on Twilight but other pop culture fads. It was a funny film but I wouldn't recommend it due to prerequisites to see it. Other than that, there were plenty of general laughs and the acting was great. They did a great job casting for this movie.
2 and three quarter stars out of 5.

The Expendables Review

Great action packed film that showed the viewer how many different ways a person can have their neck broken.A lot of nice weapons. The best action movie actors from the past 15 to 20 years were in it and even though it was directed by Stallone, it was a well played movie by all. It definitely gives the viewer what they want and then some. A film worthy of seeing.I give this one 4 out of 5 stars.

The Other Guys Review

Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg play detectives. They are partners but but not in the least bit respected. This was one of the funniest films I have seen this summer and possibly one of the funniest I have seen in the past 5 years. I loved this movie and certifiably recommend it to anyone with a yearning to laugh your ass off.
5 out of 5 stars.

Get Him to the Greek Review

Oh My God! A insanely hilarious movie. I almost urinated on myself this movie was so funny.Every bit of it was great. Puff Daddy was even funny. I definitely recommend people see this film without any further delay.

Twilight Saga Eclipse Review

Saw the third twilight and I was suprised with how good it was. I was only seeing it to see it but the movie fooled me and I was pleasantly giddy with glee with how well everything came together. A must see if you have seen the previous twilight's otherwise you're lost.
4 out of 5 stars.

Dinner For Schmucks Review

Saw Dinner For Schmucks with my g/f and I thought the movie was crazy funny. I was laughing frantically the whole time. Anytime Steve Carrell is in front of a camera, it's bound to be entertaining. But.... They didn't say SCHMUCK one time in the whole movie. Baffling. Other than that, great movie, a must see.
4 and a half out of 5 stars.

Zombieland Review

Zombieland with Woody Harrolson was entertaining and funny in the sick sense. It was rather gory but that just helped it along. The plot was irrelevant due to the fact that the movie was about surviving around a world filled with zombies. Killing and mayhem was the premise with a touch of humor for that sweet cherry on top.
3 and a half out of 5 stars.
